Exchanges And Modifications

We only replace products or services if they have been canceled by the provider for just cause. In any case, only changes and modifications expressly approved by BM INCOMING will be made and will always be confirmed by email.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the contracted rate in your reservation, all prices indicated include VAT.

In the case of accommodation, check-in times on the day of arrival will be from 1:00 p.m. Your reservation will be guaranteed until 10 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive later, you must inform the establishment prior to your arrival.

BM INCOMING reserves the cancellation of the enjoyment of the services contracted by the client, without any compensation, if it is detected that he is transferring or offering the services that he has contracted through BM INCOMING to third parties.

None of the contracted services that the client decides not to perform of his own free will, whether they are food, drink, early departures, late arrivals or any other contracted service, will not be subject to reimbursement, change or modification.

The client undertakes to respect the schedules of the different services that he has contracted and that have been accepted during the reservation process and acquisition of services.

If the confirmation of your reservation has involved the payment of a non-refundable deposit or charge, it will be clearly indicated in your reservation. The amount to be paid to BM INCOMING that you indicate in your reservation, will be paid within the payment period that is indicated in your reservation.

The cancellation of a confirmed reservation by the user will not have any cost if it is made before 7 days prior to the start date of the service. The amounts that you have paid, except those that, due to the type of promotion contracted, clearly indicate that they ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, will be reimbursed by the same means by which they were charged at the time.

Cancellations made outside the indicated period or the fact of not showing up at the establishment on the contracted arrival date, will entitle BM INCOMING to make a charge for an amount of up to 100% of the total amount of your reservation or, in the case If a payment has been made on account during the reservation process, it will not be refunded.

Particular contracting conditions

All promotional products or special offers that you can find on our website, could be governed by specific conditions regarding the services included, check-in and/or check-out times, conditions and forms of cancellation and even the non-refundable amounts that may be applicable. In any case, the particular conditions of the product will be exposed and will always prevail over the General Conditions detailed here.
